Shawna Hartloff-Anderson
Hartloff graduated from Columbia Union College in 1992 with a B.S. in Business Administration and received an M.B.A. in Business Economics and Public Policy from George Washington University in 1993. She was a research assistant for the Division of Environmental Issues at the Louisville Development Authority, an EPA funded position to create an environmental database and analyze brownfield issues for the City of Louisville. In addition, she plans to complete her Ph.D. dissertation in Environmental Economics and Public Policy this spring.
