Scott Christensen is the Executive Director of the Greater Yellowstone Coalition (GYC) and works with the board and staff to forward all aspects of GYC’s inspiring mission. He holds degrees in Environmental Studies and Public Administration and has extensive experience building effective campaigns and developing innovative approaches to conservation.

Matthew Wibbenmeyer is a fellow with Resources for the future. His research seeks to understand climate impacts and climate mitigation policies related to the forest and land sectors, with a special focus on wildfire. He has a Ph.D. in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Andrew Ayres is a research fellow at the PPIC Water Policy Center. He is an environmental and natural resource economist focused on questions related to the design, development, and effectiveness of legal and economic institutions for managing the environment.

Sharon worked as PERC’s administrative associate from 2021-2022. Sharon graduated from the University of Montana Western with a degree in environmental science, where she focused on geology. Suzi Kerr is chief economist for the Environmental Defense Fund. Leading a group of economists and analysts, she collaborates with economists and other researchers and stakeholders from a variety of organizations around world to produce research and policy guidance relevant to EDF’s mission. Suzi’s own research focuses on emissions pricing and international cooperation.

Addison Del Mastro was a visiting impact fellow at PERC in 2016 and a participant in PERC’s 2012 student seminar. He writes with a focus on land use and the built environment. Find him on Twitter and at Substack.

Richael Young is the senior economic and head-of-product at ERA Economics. She is co-founder and former CEO of Mammoth Water, a public benefit corporation that makes water trading more affordable, accessible, and equitable. In 2017, she participated in several PERC programs for environmental entrepreneurs, or “enviropreneurs.”

Eli Dourado is a senior research fellow at the Center for Growth and Opportunity at Utah State University. Prior to his current work, he served as a senior research fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University and the director of the Technology Policy Program at George Mason University.
