Noah Lopez

Noah Lopez is PERC’s state policy manager, working to connect PERC’s innovative research and ideas to state-level policy. 

Noah has a background working on natural resource policy in California and holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental economics and policy from Oregon State University. Before returning to school, he spent several years working as an agronomist and deeply values this connection to the land. His prior policy work focused primarily on land use and water policy.

Outside of his work, Noah loves the outdoors with a particular passion for fishing, trail running, and skiing. He loves exploring the backcountry while engaging in another passion: listening to audiobooks about American history.
