Matthew E. Kahn
Matthew E. Kahn, a 2011 PERC Lone Mountain Fellow, is a professor at the Institute of the Environment, the Department of Economics, and the Department of Public Policy at UCLA. Kahn is a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research and has served as a visiting professor at Harvard and Stanford. He is the author of Climatopolis: How Our Cities Will Thrive in the Hotter World (Basic Books 2010). He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago.
