Brian Child

Dr. Brian Child is an associate professor in the Department of Geography and the Center for African Studies at the University of Florida. He spent twelve years working for Zimbabwe’s Department of National Parks and Wildlife Management. Brian received his Ph.D. from the University of Oxford and B.Sc. from the University of Zimbabwe.

Fred McChesney

Fred S. McChesney teaches at Northwestern University, where he is Class of 1967 James B. Haddad Professor of Law and Professor in the Department of Management and Strategy in the Kellogg School of Management. He is the author of Money for Nothing and has written extensively on economics and law.

Steven Bick

Dr. Steve Bick is a polymath forester and forestry consultant working with landowners, loggers, foresters and related organizations to help implement practical tactics and strategies based on applied research and theory. Clay Landry

Clay J. Landry is a former PERC Research Associate. He has written and lectured extensively about the benefits of water markets for preserving water quality and quantity. His monograph, Saving Our Streams through Water Markets, provides a unique how-to guide to developing water markets.
