Catherine Ballard

Catherine Ballard was PERC’s summer 2025 policy intern. She is an accelerated MPP candidate at the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy and a recent graduate from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in politics. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and listening to live music.
