Renato Molina is a PhD candidate in economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara and was a 2016 Graduate Fellow at PERC. He visited small-scale fishers in Ancon, Peru, with The Nature Conservancy in November 2016 to learn about their experience co-managing the fishery there.
