Kelly L. Westover
Kelly L. Westover received her Bachelor’s in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of South Florida in 2001. Upon graduating, she began her career in environmental consulting at SCA Environmental in San Francisco, California, managing environmental remediation projects for the San Francisco County School Board. She began working for Sarasota County in 2005, administering the NPDES Phase I MS4 Stormwater Program for Sarasota County to control stormwater discharge through the use of best management practices. Today, Kelly manages multi-year comprehensive watershed management plans to meet state and federal water quality goals, coordinating program efforts between state, regional, and local government agencies.
