Indur M. Goklany was a PERC Julian Simon Fellow in 2000. He serves as a senior advisor at the U.S. Interior Department’s Office of Policy Analysis. He was a visting fellow at the American Enterprise Institute from 2002-2003 and was the recipient of the Competitive Enterprise Institute’s Julian Simon Prize and Award in 2007. He is the author of Clearing the Air (Cato Institute) and many studies of the links between technology and environmental and human wellbeing.
