Daniyar Zhumadilov

Daniyar Zhumadilov is a PhD student in Economics at NC State University. His primary research interests are natural resource, agricultural, and environmental economics. Daniyar is currently studying the effects of emergency price controls on rental prices. He is also researching effects of the energy sector and labor policies on agricultural output. Before coming to NC State University, Daniyar earned a Master’s degree in Economics from Miami University (Ohio), and a BA degree in Economics from Nazarbayev University (Astana, Kazakhstan).
