Neal Doyle

Neal Doyle is the Director of the Enviropreneur Institute, and Assistant Director of the Harvard Innovation Lab, Harvard University’s on-campus entrepreneurship resource and education center. Neal was hired as the i-lab’s second employee, and currently leads operations, special projects, and strategic initiatives.  He is also the co-founder of a successful consumer product startup. 

A 2007 Enviropreneur Institute Fellow, and member of the Enviropreneur Institute Advisory Council, Doyle brings a unique lens of a PERCie, entrepreneur, and educator to the Institute.

Doyle’s 15 years of professional experience includes time managing the Harvard Kennedy School’s nuclear policy research project: Project on Managing the Atom, where his research focused on the commercial viability of small modular nuclear reactors.  He also founded two previous startups, one in the affiliate marketing space, and another in the web and digital strategy space. After graduating from St. Norbert College with a B.S. in Environmental Policy, he worked for several years as an environmental consultant at Carlson Environmental in Chicago, and later for U.S. EPA in Boston. Doyle is an avid golfer, cyclist, DIYer, and enjoys outdoor sports. He’s married, and has an awesome son.
