Opeds present the best thinking in small doses

Opinions are as easy to find as sand at the beach. However, it takes a lot of sifting to find the opinioins that make a difference. PERC 's opinons  - OPEDS - appear in newspapers around the country. They are grounded in fact, reflect sound reasoning, and offer creative thinking. PERC's opinions have helped change the dialogue about how to solve environmental problems.
