How to Apply
Complete the on-line application, which will require the following:
- One-page essay detailing:
- your reasons for wanting to attend this seminar;
- your career plans; and
- how participation in the seminar will advance your academic and career plans.
- A copy of your college transcript.
- Two letters of recommendation from two professors(can be submitted under separate cover).
Who should apply?
- College students with junior or senior standing who are interested in learning how
markets work to improve the environment.
- A limited number of openings are available for law students and graduate students.
- Participants will be chosen on the basis of demonstrated academic performance, essay
responses, and letters of recommendation.
What's in it for you?

- A chance to exchange other ideas with other college students who are passionate about
the environment.
- A full scholarship to cover seminar tuition, meals, lodging, and reading materials and a
stipend of $500 for each student's travel expenses.
