PERC fellow Brian Yablonski has been reappointed by Florida Governor Rick Scott to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, marking the beginning of his third five-year term. Yablonski has served on the Commission since 2004 and is currently Vice Chairman. During his service, Yablonski helped the Commission create a strong record of conservation and sound management of Florida's natural resources while expanding opportunites for Floridians to hunt and fish. He is especially enthusiastic about the Commission's efforts to connect Florida's youth with quality outdoor experiences.
Yablonski has been an adjunct fellow with PERC since 2003 and a PERC board member since 2013. He contributes to PERC Reports, advises on public policy, and makes media appearances to bring a free market environmentalist perspective to wildlife issues. He is also the external affairs director for Gulf Power Company. Congratulations, Brian!
